1. Processing Time Every item at our shop is produced on-demand. Rather than pulling from pre-existing stock, we begin the production process for your specific order once payment is confirmed. 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer international shipping from South Korea. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USA & Canada: 7–21 business days

• Europe: 10–25 business days

• Asia-Pacific: 5–15 business days
