1. Handmade with Care
Each item in our shop is lovingly handmade or made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
Because of this, slight differences in color, size, or texture may occur—these are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered flaws.
2. Processing & Shipping
We typically process orders within 10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers are unfortunately beyond our control.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or changes of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [oioi1770312@naver.com] and include a photo for reference.
We’ll be happy to look into it and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
